HOUSE H
The two storey residential building is precisely positioned on an elongated sloping site. While ground floor disappears into the inclined hill the upper level with the main living space and terrace offers a beautiful view across the River Danube onto the monastery of Klosterneuburg catching the atmosphere from sunrise till sunset during the four seasons.
The house is materialized in exposed concrete walls and ceilings with wooden floor to ceiling windows. As part of the interior design concept a closet all along the wall next to the entrance alley offers storage space on both levels.
We have been commissioned with preparing construction documents, interior design and buildings supervision.
