LOFT CONVERSION B
Attic conversion on a typical Viennese residential building built around 1900 into a maisonette for a single family. The apartment is designed on two floors with main living space on the lower level and master bed and bathroom on top level. Generous terrace space on multiple floors transform the apartment into a green inner city oasis.
Distinctive features of this projects are a double height space with a huge linear and operable window offering beautiful view onto the opposing church and a library illuminated just through a skylight.
We have been commissioned with preparing construction documents and building supervision.
