Redesign and conversion of an apartment in a so called Gruenderzeithaus built in 1900 beautifully detailed with original wooden windows, double wing doors, herringbone parquet flooring and 2,80 m ceiling height.
The design concept is to preserve historic architectural elements and implement modern features like an open floor plan kitchen creating a dialogue between old and new.
